Your Opinion | Should I go light brown or dark?

Sorry for the lack of updates this week, especially regarding outfits, but it has been impossible to shoot, since it’s been raining non-stop here for the last couple of weeks and it has also been incredibly dark, which makes it also super  hard to even shoot indoors. Good news is that the weather is supposed to get better from today onwards, so yup, I have busy day today shooting.

The reason I am writing this post is to ask you, my readers, what hair color should I go for, light brown as in the left picture above or a darker shade like in the right? My hair at the moment (picture below and you can see it even better by scrolling down on my last outfit post)is really not how I wanted it, because it is way too blonde to suit my skin color, and there is no transition to the darker hairs, which makes it unflattering and unnatural. I am considering going full honey/caramel light brown and get rid of the ombré effect.

Normally, I would know what to go for, but at the moment, I can’t really decide and don’t really know what looks best and most flattering. Going back to my natural raven black hair is not an option, since it hardens my features and makes me look older. I get the general impression that hair in a lighter shade softens my face, but it’s hard to tell, so I would really appreciate your help and opinion on this one. x

I guess that light brown is the best option.
However, you are very nice with darker shade hair too.

    You have gorgeous hair!!
I think it would look realllly good with a soft all-over mid-brown colour :))

I do love the lighter look! I wish that it was a little more red, a reddish tint would make your skin glow!
    Much Love, AnnCates xx

Actually,It’s up to you.If you feel comfortable with the lighter brown-DO IT! or if you prefer some natural tones-go ahead!

Love the dark! And love your skirt!

You´re beautiful in every way! But if you can´t decide, I would suggest a hombre, with the dark one and a just little lighter touch at the ends.. You´re gorgeous! And we HAVE to meet soon! Come to Stockholm at fashion week in february?

And regarding the coat, I can get a really big discount (it costs 1000€ new, I can get it for 230€ since it´s from a collection a couple of years ago.. So it´s a bargain if you see it like that.. ) But the color kinda scares me, maybe I am to addicted to blacks.. And maybe it could be a big step towards some color for me. Well, we´ll see 😉

    xx, Tine Andrea

I think you’d pull off both beautifully but my vote is for dark. Can’t wait to see what you decide! 🙂
