Forget about Adidas and Nike and meet the new ‘It’ sneakers: Vans Old Skool. You read right. Mark my words when I tell you white sneakers are about to be slowly and eventually replaced with black ones this year. Don’t get me wrong, since white sneakers will always have a special place in my heart and honestly, you can wear what you want. Both black and white sneakers go with different kinds of outfits, anyway. However, my point is to say that Vans Old Skool are going to be the new Stan Smiths and will be seen everywhere this year, or at least that is my prediction.

The best thing about Vans Old Skool? They are black AND white, so even more outfits look great with them. I personally believe, that color contrast is a key element in an eye catching outfit, so these bad boys will be my partners in crime this season.

What are your thoughts on these sneakers? Yay or nay?
