I’ll admit that I’ve never really been a dress person, but rather more of a jumpsuit person. As a tomboy at heart, even as a kid I’d take any day my favorite pair of overalls over any girly dress. However, brands like Reformation and Realisation Par have changed that during the past couple of years due to the irresistably flirty and effortless nature of their clothing. These brands’ hype is there for a reason. If you want to channel your inner Brigitte Bardot or Jane Birkin a.k.a your French style heroines and muses, then these brands have it all covered.

This Realisation Par dress was my favorite one all along and the perfect dress for hot summer days or nights. Business in the front, party in the back: It’s all about that frilly open back detail that will cause accidents stop the traffic. I’ll continue wearing this dress throughout summer for nights out or the beach.

How about you? Do you have any summer dresses recommendations or any other Realisation Par dress favorite? What are your favorite styles to wear when it’s hot as hell outside?
