If there’s one trend that I’ve been loving during the past year it is open back tops as evidenced here and here. So today I decided to combine this open back top with my second favorite trend: deconstructed jeans. I think they are a match made in heaven.

If you are wondering about more ways to style your open back top, I’d suggest you wear it with wide leg trousers and culottes. Do avoid wearing them with a short skirt, as when showing too much skin up and down you run the risk of looking tacky.

While I could have perfectly worn ankle boots instead with this outfit, I opted for my new mules from Prada, which were really a pair of shoes I couldn’t resist to click away home, but can you really blame me? These shoes are forever.

Wishing you all an awesome Friday. x
